JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 28-07-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State and perused the case diary. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 461 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is a case of theft of six mobiles from the shop of the informant.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the stolen articles were not recovered from the possession of this petitioner. He further submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case.
Learned APP submits that during investigation, on the basis of disclosure of one Md. Masoom, the stolen articles were recovered from the shop of this petitioner and this fact is

After considering the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
