Petitioners seek bail in Alamganj P.S. Case No.968 of 2019 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

On secret information that some persons were selling liquor near Meena Bazar, a raid was conducted and both petitioners were apprehended and 100 litres of country made liquor was recovered.

Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. They have already remained in jail for about two months. Having considered the facts, the petitioners named above are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail
