Delay in filing the memo of appeal is condoned. I.A. No. 3290 of 2016 stands disposed of.
Challenging the orders passed in the matter of appointment of Anganbari Sevika to the centre in question by both the District Programme Officer, Buxar and the District Magistrate, Buxar, the writ petition in question was filed and the Writ Court dismissed the writ petition approving the orders passed by the
Patna High Court LPA No.834 of 2016 (5) dt.07-08-2017 2/2 statutory authorities.
We see no reason to make interference into the concurrent orders passed by both the authorities affirmed by the Writ Court as there is no error in the order of the Writ Court warranting reconsideration.
The appeal is dismissed.
