The petitioner is in custody in connection with Belaganj P.S. Case No. 21 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 12.01.2019. He further submits that in the instant case petitioner has been made accused in connection with seizure of 50 Iron Centering Plate in Belaganj P.S. Case No. 21 of 2019 registered on 11.01.2019 and out of 50 Iron plates 48 piece plate was recovered from the house of Md. Zahir and one tempo was recovered from the house of Binu Sharma but nothing was
