Petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:- "i) For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ for directing the respondents to remove the encroachment from the Gairmajarua Lands situated side by side of rural road connecting SH 106 near house of Dwigupal Das to Khushrupur Chouraha SH 106, passing through Bind Toli, Rajpur Tola East, post office since the same caused inconvenience/obstruction to the local residents of villagers/tola situated on the connecting road in leading

After the matter was heard for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner shall be content if a direction is issued to the concerned respondents/authority to consider and decide the representation, which he shall be making within a period of two months from today. Learned counsel for the respondents states that upon receipt of such representation, if any, the same shall be dealt with in accordance with law, expeditiously and positively within a period of six months from the date of receipt thereof. The petition is accordingly, disposed of reserving liberty aforesaid.
