This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 18.01.2025 passed by this Court in Criminal Miscellaneous No.183 of 2025, by which the petitioner has been granted bail by this Court. 3.

Accordingly, the direction made in paragraph no.6 of the order dated 18.01.2025 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.183 of 2025 is hereby recalled. The rest part of the aforesaid order shall remain unchanged. The petitioner is directed to be released forthwith.
