JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-05-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323 and 308 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that on the eve of Holi, the accused persons came variously armed and made assault to the informant's side causing injury to four persons.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. The aforesaid facts constitute good ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners if they surrender within a period of six weeks in connection with Konch P.S. Case No. 21 of 2015 pending in the court of learned CJM, Gaya.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
