JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 19-04-2023 On account of some bona fide communication gap of the learned counsel for the petitioner with his office, steps for removal of defect were not taken in the appropriate section and hard copy was filed in the disposal section. The office therefore, has considered the writ petition to be dismissed for noncompliance of the court's peremptory order dated 28.09.2022 passed in CWJC No. 11005 of 2022.
