2. The present modification petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 21.01.2025 passed in C.W.J.C No.8708 of 2024.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner by referring to the aforesaid order submits that petitioner has withdrawn the aforesaid writ petition with a liberty to move before the

Patna High Court MJC No.828 of 2025(3) dt.18-04-2025 2/2 appellate forum but it has not been mentioned in the aforesaid order that the petitioner moved before whom.

4. In view of the aforesaid, the order dated 21.01.2025 is modified to the extent that the petitioner may approach before the District Magistrate-cum-Collectorate, Sitamarhi.

5. Accordingly, the modification petition is disposed of.
