Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Chowk PS Case No.28 of 2018, giving rise to Special Case No.08 of 2018, registered under Sections 25(1-b)a/c, 26, 35 of the Arms Act as well as under Section 27 of the NDPS Act. Allegation in brief is that on secret information, police raided the rest house of the Gurudwara and recovered one revolver from Room No.310.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is Constable in Punjab police, he had come to Patna City to pay obeisance and four persons were living in that room and the recovery is not from possession of the petitioner and the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25529 of 2018(2) dt.27-04-2018 2/2 petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Jaswinder Singh @ Shalu @ Jassi is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge/Special Judge, Patna in connection with Chowk PS Case No.28 of 2018, giving rise to Special Case No.08 of 2018.
