Patna High Court MJC No.794 of 2019(3) dt.18-04-2025 2/3 ORAL ORDER 18-04-2025 None appears on behalf of the petitioners, however, learned counsel for the opposite parties are present.

This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of order dated 27.02.2018 passed in CWJC No. 3028 of 2018, wherein, this Court has passed the following order:- "In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent No. 7 District Programme Officer (Establishment), Bhojpur who shall examine the case of the petitioner and if case of the petitioners is found similar to the case of petitioners (appellants in LPA No. 756 of 2015) mentioned above, similar treatment will be given. If petitioners file representation in this regard, then District Programme Officer (Establishment), Bhojpur will decide the matter within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt/production of copy of the order."

3. Opposite party No. 7 has filed a show cause, wherein, in paragraph Nos. 6-7 it has been stated as under:- "6. That in light of above vide order no. 289 dated 22.2.2019 the department issued the guidelines. Upon that the D.P.O. Establishment, Bhojpur, Ara vide letter no. 746 dated 27.02.2019 issued order to all the Block Education Officer, Bhojpur district/All the D.D.O. Bhojpur district and the concerned teachers to grant senior pay scale after completion of 12 years of Matric

7. That all similar situated teacher along with the present petitioners will be granted senior pay scale after completion of 12 years of matric trained pay scale as per direction given by the department and financial benefit will also followed."

4. On perusal of paragraph Nos. 6-7 of the show cause filed by the opposite party No. 7, I find that the order dated dated 27.02.2018 passed in CWJC No. 3028 of 2018 has been duly complied with by the respondents.

5. In view of the above, this contempt application stands closed and disposed of.
