2. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- "1. That this is an application for issuance of appointment letter to the petitioner on the post of Constable has name is recommended for appointment by the Central Selection Board, Patna vide letter no.

23/453635/P-03, dated 16.01.2020 issued by Director General of Police, Patna in compliance of order dated 25.11.2019 passed in M.J.C. No. 125/2015 by Hon'ble Patna High Court for selection of 1308 constable candidate

Patna High Court CWJC No.6124 of 2020 dt.10-01-2022 2/2 through Advertisement no. 2/2009 the petitioner constable candidate is at Sr. No. 18, Roll No. 87120133, Date of birth on 05.02.1987 Category Backward caste, marks obtained 112."

3. In the counter statement, the respondents have contended that petitioner is not entitled for selection and appointment to the post of Constable. In this regard, there is no speaking order so as to enable the petitioner to question the validity of his non-selection read with the reasons for his nonselection.

4. Therefore, the competent authority is hereby directed to pass speaking order and communicate the same to the petitioner as to why petitioner is not entitled for selection and appointment to the post of Constable. The above exercise shall be completed within a period of one month from the date of receipt of this order.

5. With the above observations, the instant petition stands disposed of.
