Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018, registered in connection with Dehri (T) P.S.Case No. 757 of 2021.

As per allegation, 1470 litres of country-made alcohol and 127.5 litres of country-made liquor were recovered from the tempo of the petitioner.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-2nd-cumSpecial Judge, Excise-1, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Dehri (T) P.S.Case No. 757 of 2021, subject to the following condition:- The bail bond of the petitioner shall be accepted only after verification of his criminal antecedents.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time as provided hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
