2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 361 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 366 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of kidnapping the victim.

4. From the statement of the victim girl, it appears that the victim had accompanied the petitioner willingly and started staying with him. The petitioner is in jail since 28.06.2023.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19042 of 2024(2) dt.02-04-2024 2/2 let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1st, Gaya in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 361 of 2023.
