The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Parasabigha P.S. Case No. 06/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 504, 506, 427 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant alleged that the petitioner assaulted him with the butt of pistol on his head and other accused persons also assaulted him.
It is submitted that there is a counter version bearing Parasabigha P.S. Case no. 05/2016 wherein petitioner alleged that the informant and others came for character assassination of his daughter when he was fixing marriage of his daughter and on protest they assaulted the petitioner. The injuries found on the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16124 of 2016 (2) dt.02-05-2016 2/2 person of the informant are simple in nature. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of injury caused on the person of informant, the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sandeep Patel, learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Jehanabad in connection with Parasabigha P.S. Case No. 06/2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
