The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Hajipur P.S.Case No.215 of 2017 registered for offences punishable under Sections147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation as per the F.I.R. against the petitioner is that he along with other co-accused persons assaulted the informant, her husband and her father-in-law as a result of which her father-in-law died.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is specific allegation of assault against the petitioner. He is in custody for two months. Charge sheet has already been

Heard the learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances and the nature of allegation, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

This application is dismissed with a direction that the learned court below will examine that if the charge sheet has been submitted and allegation are only general and omnibus against the petitioner, he will release him on bail to his satisfaction.
