04-05-2018 Heard Sri Pankaj Kumar Sinha, learned counsel assisted by Sri Rabi Bhushan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Bhanu Pratap Singh, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The sole petitioner, who is in custody since 29-06-2017 in Naya Ramnagar (Safiasarai) P.S. Case No. 130 of 2017 registered for offence under Sections 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act, 1959, has prayed for grant of bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the very outset, submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. He submits that save and except confessional statement, there is no other material to connect the petitioner. Learned counsel for the

Considering the nature of accusation, fact that petitioner's name has come in the confessional statement of the co-accused, clean antecedent as well as period of custody, let the petitioner namely Saurav Kumar @ Kaargil be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Naya Ramnagar (Safiasarai) P.S.
