ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 25-06-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the State.
The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No.249 of 2014 registered for the offences under Sections 421 and 384/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is vague allegation that the petitioners as middlemen had extorted money from several beneficiaries of Indira Awas Yojana.
Considering the vagueness of the allegation and also the fact that the petitioners have no criminal antecedents, let all

No.20159 of 2015 (2) dt.25-06-2015 2/2 the three above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Sanjay Singh, learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Araria, in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No.249 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
