2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have filed several representations before the respondent no. 3, the Director, Primary Education, Bihar, Patna for redressal of their grievances but till date, no order has been passed.

3. Considering the facts aforesaid, I direct the petitioners to file fresh representation enclosing all supporting documents within a period of two weeks from today before the respondent no. 3, the respondent no. 3 shall dispose of the same considering the Letter No. 1314 dated 07.12.2018 after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through their counsel by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.

4. Respondent no. 3 shall be solely liable for noncompliance of this order within the stipulated period.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
