The petitioner has been in custody since 17.01.2018 in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 460 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 413, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recovery of motorcycle is not from his possession rather the same was recovered from the Bus stand where the petitioner was present for taking the bus to his home. The petitioner has nothing to do with the alleged stolen motorcycle and was arrested on mere suspicion.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

No.25040 of 2018 (2) dt.25-04-2018 the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Araria in connection with Raniganj P.S.
