Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Raghopur PS Case No. 37 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8/20(b)(ii)A, 22(A), 29 of the NDPS Act.

In the nature of allegation as alleged in the FIR, the court is not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner as the case relates to recovery of 500 gm of ganja from the accused persons, who were apprehended but then it is alleged that the petitioner fled from the place of occurrence and his name was disclosed by the apprehended accused.

Accordingly, the present anticipatory bail
