Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/201/120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is husband of the victim of dowry death. Petitioner is in custody since 27.05.2016. Earlier, this Court had refused prayer for bail on 07.03.2017 in Cr.Misc.No.8244 of 2017 vide Annexure-1 with liberty to renew prayer for bail, if the trial is not concluded within nine months.

The impugned order would reveal that only charges have been framed in this case.

Considering the period already undergone by

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23088 of 2018 (2) dt.25-04-2018 the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Charpokhari Police Station Case No.74 of 2016 corresponding to Sessions Trial No.04 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
