Submission is that petitioner is in custody in connection with Jhajha P.S.Case No.290 of 2017 since 13.09.2017 i.e. from the date of occurrence. Further submission is that in Cr.Misc.No.12443 of 2018, it was wrongly typed in the bail petition that date of custody is 28.11.2017. Consequently, in the order dated 05.03.2018, whereby bail was granted, the date of custody was typed as 28.11.2017.

The mistake is typographical one.

Hence, let the order dated 05.03.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 12443 of 2018 be read as custody of the petitioner since 13.09.2017.

Accordingly, this application for modification

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23838 of 2018 (2) dt.25-04-2018 of order stands disposed of.
