The petitioner, invoking inherent jurisdiction of this Court under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, has prayed for quashing of part of an order dated 04.03.2016 passed by the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Purnia in A.B.P. No.196 of 2016 in connection with Purnia Sadar P.S. Case No.11 of 2016 registered for the offence under Section 135 of the Electricity Act. By the said order, while granting privilege of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18938 of 2016 (2) dt.08-08-2016 2/2 anticipatory bail to the petitioner, the learned court below has directed to deposit 1st installment within 15 days. This part of the order has been assailed by the petitioner in the present petition. The Court is of the opinion that this part of the order was condition, while granting privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Such order may not be interfered with. The petition stands dismissed.
