2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Tarapur P.S.Case No. 37 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 376 ( DA)of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of POCSO Act.

3. The petitioner is involved in kidnapping and rape of a minor victim. The victim has identified that petitioner is one of the rapist.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 22.02.2023, having clean antecedent.

5. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant privilege of regular bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this bail application is
