The petitioners are in custody in connection with Maker P.S. Case No.122 of 2017, a case under Sections 380/461 of the Indian Penal Code.
The FIR of the occurrence of theft is against unknown. Name of the petitioners surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused Mithu Manjhi, which would be apparent from the impugned order.
Considering the nature of material against the petitioners, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25486 of 2018 (2) dt.27-04-2018 P2/ learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Maker Police Station Case No. 122 of 2017, with condition that both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the Court-below having immovable property and the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
