2. The present modification application has been filed for modifying the order dated 21.01.2025 passed in CWJC No. 8703 of 2024.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from perusal of the order dated 21.01.2025 it appears that the learned counsel for the petitioner had seeked permission to
Patna High Court MJC No.829 of 2025(3) dt.02-05-2025 2/2 withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to move before the appropriate forum. It is relevant to quote here that it has not been mentioned in the aforesaid order as to before whom the petitioner should move in order to avail the said liberty.
4. In view of the aforesaid, the petitioner has liberty to move before the District Collector, Sitamarhi, in accordance with law.
5. Accordingly, the present modification application stands disposed of.
