2. Earlier, the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 30.08.2024 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 46572 of 2024 (Annexure P/A).

3. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 11.03.2024. In this case, charges have already been framed and thereafter, case is running for prosecution evidence. Petitioner is lady and claims clean antecedent.

4. Learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge - II, Benipur, Darbhanga in connection with Sessions Trial No. 386 of 2024, arising out of Bahera P.S.
