JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 25-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Earlier, petitioner was on bail but he misused his privilege of bail for near about four years eight months. However, petitioner himself surrendered before the court below on 13.10.2017 and since then he is languishing in jail custody. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Session Judge-IV, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 125 of 2009, Session trial no. 43 of 2015.
