This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Madhuban P.S. Case No. 362 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 376, 504 & 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The main allegation has been levelled against Md. Dilshad and not against these petitioners, who are the parents of Md. Dilshad.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26076 of 2021(2) dt.03-03-2022 2/2 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, in connection with Madhuban P.S.
