Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 272, 273 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a)(d) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. It has further been submitted that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 30.11.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
