Heard the parties in virtual Court.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 328,302,34 IPC. One Rakesh Kumar died in Getwell Hospital and the C.C.T.V. footage showed that the driver of the referred vehicle fled away whereas dead body was on the stretcher. The petitioner, who was Doctor there at, had also fled away. There is no direct material against the petitioner, who is in custody since 12.01.2021, hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like

No.25197 of 2021(2) dt.10-09-2021 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Hawai Adda Police Station Case No.10 of 2021 with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
