For holding that the petitioner is working on the sanctioned post of the Library Assistant in Pt. Kedar Pandey Memorial Inter College (hereinafter referred as 'college').

(ii). For direction to the respondent authority for

Patna High Court CWJC No.6452 of 2016(2) dt.12-10-2023 2/2 payment of amount of grant in aid given to the college to the petitioner as per the guidelines issued by the Government of Bihar.

(iii). For direction to the respondent authority to take step in light of inquiry report of District Education Officer with regard to the respondent no. 9, as the post of Librarian has already been abolished by the Board by notification."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner does not wish to press the present writ petition. 3.

Hence, the present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
