Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Palasi P.S. Case No. 322/2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 380/411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Admittedly, the alleged occurrence took place on 23.8.2019, whereas the informant lodged the present case on 20.9.2019 and, furthermore, except one black colour bag, nothing was recovered from the house of the petitioner. Moreover, the petitioner is in jail custody since 20.9.2019 without having any criminal antecedent and the investigation against him has already been completed.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13882 of 2020(2) dt.11-06-2020 2/2 named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate I,Araria/concerned court in connection with Palasi P.S. Case No. 322/2019.
