The petitioner got NDS-II connection in October, 2002. His electric line was disconnected for non-payment of arrears amounting to Rs.46,110/-. The petitioner disputes the bill. He submits that in case the bill is corrected, he is willing to pay the same. He further submits that as he is not economically sound, installments may be granted.
In my view, if the petitioner approaches respondent no.3 with a detailed representation, he would dispose of the petitioner's representation within three months after providing a

With the aforesaid direction, this application stands disposed of.
