The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Mokama P.S. Case No. 117 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 304B and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The father of the victim stated that his daughter was married to Dharmendra Tiwary four years ago, but her husband and other in-laws were subjecting her to torture. The daughter of the informant was burnt to death on 09.06.2014. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is married sister-in-law of the deceased. No specific allegation is made against her. The petitioner is residing at Dhanbad.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16054 of 2015 (2) dt.28-04-2015 2/2 allegations made against the petitioner and the petitioner is married sister-in-law of the deceased, the petitioner above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Ran Vijay Kumar, the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Barh, Patna in connection with Mokama P.S. Case No. 117 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) KKSINHA/- U T
