Mr. Madhuranand Jha, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL ORDER 04-10-2017 The petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased and has been arrested in Dhanarua Police Station Case No.205 of 2016 for the offences under Sections 498A, 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. She is in custody since 30.06.2017. General and omnibus allegation with regard to demand of dowry has been made. That apart, son of the petitioner, husband of the deceased, was put on trial and has been acquitted of the charges levelled against him.

Keeping in view the aforesaid, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two
