JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 04-05-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 28.2.2018 seeks bail in Mairwa PS Case No. 65 of 2018 registered under Sections 379 and 411 of the IPC.

It is submitted that the petitioner has not committed theft of the motorcycle rather on suspicion he has been apprehended by the informant, he is in custody since 28.2.2018 and has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Nitesh Kumar @ Nitesh Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM VII Siwan in connection with Mairwa PS Case No. 65 of 2018.
