JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 07-05-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 9.2.2018, seeks bail in Bisfi (Aunsi) PS Case No. 25 of 2018 registered under Sections 461 and 379 of the IPC.

The allegation in brief is that 59 mobiles were stolen by the unknown miscreants from the shop of the informant shop. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that one mobile has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner which he had purchased from Rakesh Kumar, five mobiles were recovered from Rakesh Sahni and from one Rakesh Kumar thirty mobiles were recovered, the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Manish Kumar @ Manish Kumar Sahni is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM Benipatti, Madhubani in connection with Bisfi (Aunsi) PS Case No. 25 of 2018.
