The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Co-accused, Deepak Kumar @ Dipak Kumar Mahto was apprehended by the Police, while he was carrying stolen transmission wire of electricity company on a pick-up van. He disclosed the name of the petitioner and others as coculprits, who fled away from there. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the fact that there is no sufficient material to compel the petitioner to go to jail, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the
