2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 341, 323, 324, 504, 307, 379 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3⁄4 of Daain Act.

3. Petitioners are alleged to have assaulted the informant by means of lathi and iron rod due to which he sustained injury . Doctor has found injury simple in nature. Case and counter case. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

4. Considering the nature of injury and clean antecedent of the petitioners, in the event of arrest or surrender

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21872 of 2024(2) dt.04-04-2024 2/2 within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Begusarai in connection with Balia P.S.
