JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 25-04-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 5.7.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No.25000 of 2017 with direction to learned trial court to conclude the trial within a period of nine months and petitioner was given liberty to renew his prayer for bail if trial is not concluded within the said period.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody since 5.8.2016 and till date no substantive progress has been made in trial.

Heard learned APP also.

In view of the facts and circumstances and there is no substantive progress in trial, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees
