2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Paraiya P.S. Case No. 222 of 2023 registered under Sections 341, 342, 323, 307, 379, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is alleged that petitioners along with other co-accused persons assaulted the informant and his family members due to which they sustained injuries.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to partition dispute. Further submission is that specific allegation of assault and causing

5. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Paraiya P.S. Case No. 222 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
