The petitioner has filed the present application under Sections 439 and 440 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of bail in connection with Nanpur Case No. 15 of 2020 registered under Sections 30(a), 38(i)(ii) and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Considering that for the alleged recovery of 21.750 liters of liquor, the petitioner having no criminal antecedent is in custody since 18.01.2020, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5000/- (five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi in
