2. The present writ petition has been filed by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.5059 of 2025(2) dt.07-04-2025 2/3 petitioners for following reliefs:- (i) For direction to stay on the online JamabandiNo.205116400088065,20511640008806 6, 205116400088067 and 205116400088068 contained in Annexure P/2 opened by the respondent no.8 in favour of private respondent no.10 to.13 in very mechanical manner without given reasonable opportunity to the petitioners and also not considering the right and title of petitioners and current Jamabandi No.2222 under which petitioner continuously paying revenue rent for which Government of Bihar issued rent receipt in name of petitioner despite of ample documentary evidence favour petitioners they deprived from their legal right to property.

(ii) For direction to the respondent no. 4 to provide reasonable opportunity to petitioners in connection with illegal online Jamabandi No. 205116400088065,205116400088066,2051164000 88067 and 205116400088068 contained in Annexure P/2 opened by the respondent no.8 in favour of respondent no.10 to 13 and further Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to direct respondent authority to pass appropriate order in accordance with law after considering the right and title of petitioners and current Jamabandi No.2222 under which petitioner continuously paying revenue rent for which Government of Bihar issued rent receipt in name of petitioner no. 1.

(iii) And for any other reliefs/reliefs for which the petitioners are found to be entitled under the provision of law involved in the present case.

3. The petitioners are aggrieved by the order of creation of Jamabandi in favour of the private respondents nos. 10 to 13.

4. The petitioners may take the recourse of alternative remedy provided under the statute and if they take the recourse of alternative remedy, the concerned authority shall consider the petitioners' prayer for interim relief, without being prejudiced by this order.

5. With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
