Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 3.3.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.9895 of 2017 with direction to the learned trial court to expedite the trial and try to conclude it within a period of nine months.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is recovery of 2 detonators and he is in custody for more than two months and there is no substantive progress in the trial. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24465 of 2018 (2) dt.25-04-2018 2/2 Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge-cum-Spl. Judge, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sakra P.S.Case no.211 of 2016 with condition that he will co-operate in disposal of the trial and will also appear as and when required by the learned court below; otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
