It is the stand of the respondents that since the
Patna High Court CWJC No.7227 of 2015(2) dt.23-04-2019 2/2 petitioner could not obtain the minimum qualifying marks in the interview, she was not appointed in the process of selection for appointment to the post of Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery. Without going into the merit of the submission of the learned counsel for the respondents, since no one appears for the petitioner, writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
