The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sasaram (Darigaon) P.S.Case no. 785 of 2017 registered under Sections 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge II cum Special Court Excise Rohtas at Sasaram.

There is recovery of 409 liters of foreign liquor from a small truck which are being loaded by the petitioner and others from the house of co-accused.
