JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 26-09-2016 The Zila Parishad has limited resources. They have adopted a modality for settlement of claims of the retired employees. 30% has been paid and 70% is waited for release of funds and generation of internal resources. The claim of the petitioner would be settled in terms of the modality adopted by the Zila Parishad, Samastipur. Since petitioner was one of the persons at the helms of affairs and is very well aware of the actual state of affairs and the financial status of the institution, he had faithfully served all these years.
