2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that in spite of several representation filed on behalf of the petitioner, no action has been taken by the Commandant, Home Guard and Fire Services, Patna, Bihar. He further submitted that so far as the payment is concerned, he will file a detailed representation along with all the requisite evidences in support of his claim as what has been made in the present writ petition.

3. The Director General of Police, Patna, Bihar is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a period of six weeks and if the petitioner is entitled for payment on account of any dues, the same be paid within the aforesaid period in accordance with law.
4. With above observation and direction, the present writ petition is disposed of.
